I was extremely impressed by their quick and thoughtful response to the problem. To be fair to them, it was during the holiday rush and packages were commonly being delayed or lost by delivery companies. They totally resolved the issue. I love Birthday Cake Hot Cocoa. It's my favorite of Coconut Cloud's cocoas and I drink a cup almost everyday. I like to add some Dandie's vegan marshmallows. You can definitely taste the birthday cake flavor along with the chocolate. A really great vegan product!
